Our group classes are an hour long and consist of an effective warm up, strength/mobility segment, technique work, and always varied workout using bodyweight, kettle bells, dumb bells, barbells, boxes, rings, jump ropes, medicine balls, rowers, running, bikes, etc.
All fitness levels are welcome! Every workout has movements that can be modified to every person's ability.
Rates - $80/month unlimited classes or $110 punchcard for 10 classes. Additional family members are $55/month each. No contracts!
