If you are eating fast food 3 times/day we are not going to tell you to dump it all and eat lettuce. Breaking habits is hard as well as fitting good nutrition into our busy lifestyles. We use a common sense approach of gradually adjusting current diet/lifestyles to a cleaner, healthier one. These "meet you where you're at" tactics result in new habits for life without withdrawals, cravings, and backsliding.
We highly encourage all of our clients to journal everything they eat in the beginning as this will bring greater awareness, fewer bad choices, and allows us to recognize patterns so we can help make the appropriate adjustments.
